" Travers Plumbing Heating & Plumbing has been to our house 3x in the past 9 months the- first to replace a failed septic pump, which had exploded all over the bathroom (since that bathroom is in the basement, we need a pump).

Then to take out the toilet and pump (since that bathroom is in the basement, we need a pump) so that the flooring could be replaced. Then to reinstall the toilet and pump. Then the 3 year-old pump failed for some reason, and now we have to replace it, so we had to schedule another visit for them to replace the failed pump- which will be in Jan.

Each time Travers Plumbing has provided excellent, prompt service- very responsive to calls and fair pricing. We really appreciate their services- their plumbers always provide good service (they also service our furnace) and are very courteous. We highly recommend them. They are also less expensive than area competitors.

update 12/2023- then that same sanipump failed- so Travers Heating & Plumbing said that to save $, we could purchase a new pump ourselves and then ask them to install it. Thanks for being honest Travers Plumber! very helpful- they won't try to rip you off, they seem very fair. "

" Over the summer my tankless hot water heater died. It was very old but Travers was able to keep it limping along much longer than we thought possible. When it did finally stop working we got quotes from 4 different HVAC companies. Travers estimate was about 200.00 over the least expensive quote, but we went with them because they were local and had always been very good to us, we use them for heating oil, maintenance of the old furnace & septic services. The removal of the old tankless water heater & installation of the new one took one day. The guys doing the work were respectful & professional. Garry Travers is a stand up guy. He is super honest and worked to provide the best solution for our situation at a competitive price. We are really happy we went with Travers and would recommend them to anyone."
